About Dr. Ray

Dr. Christopher Ray was born and raised in a small town near Houston Texas.  He obtained his medical degree as well as his residency training from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston.  After completing his residency he relocated to Arizona in 2004 to join a growing anesthesia practice that he would later lead as president.  Dr. Ray went on to create one of the 1st medical practices in the country that was approved by the DEA as a full wholesale drug and distribution company.  This method of practicing medicine was widely adopted by many medical practices throughout the country in the years following.  Dr. Ray pivoted from just performing anesthesia to also treating patients with chronic pain, addiction, and depression.  He underwent additional training in interventional pain as well as outpatient substance abuse treatment to expand the level of care and service he could offer to patients.

Dr. Ray will be accepting and treating patients with acute and chronic pain.  His experience and commitment to improving the quality of patient's lives has earned him the respect of his colleagues.  When Dr. Ray is not practicing medicine he loves spending time with his beautiful family as well as designing intuitive applications that measure the outcomes of patients treated with ketamine.  His philosophy on patient care is,

“If I can help a patient and their loved ones restore the quality of life that was lost to chronic pain or addiction I feel that my purpose as a physician in our community was fulfilled”
