Dr Lamai Abdouni is the worst and rudest doctor I have ever encountered in my life. I have suffered from an unknown medical condition since I was 17 and I’ve seen countless doctors over the years. From Rheumatologist, orthopedics, infectious disease doctors, multiple specialist in their field, etc… Every doctor starts out giving me hope and then after a few months of not being able to figure out what’s wrong with me send me on my way to someone else. When I found Integrity Pain almost 3 years ago now, I absolutely loved it. My doctor at the time treated me very kindly. She never made me feel anything other than a priority, she listened to me and treated me with respect. Unfortunately when she left, I got stuck with Dr. Lamia!! I Have only seen her twice but she completely forgot everything we discussed on our first visit and when I informed her that we had already talked about something she was very rude and disrespectful by saying I see over 35 patients a day, do you think I can remember what you and I talked about? She then proceeded to tell me that she did not feel comfortable prescribing me the medication that I have been receiving for over five years, even though she prescribed it to me In March and basically accused me of having a substance abuse disorder. She attacked my Integrity. I stopped taking my pain pills in March, skipped my April appointment completely because I was trying to see if I could go without them and unfortunately for me my pain seems to increase during the months May through September so yesterday after having been struggling for weeks AND after missing a call from Integrity a few weeks prior to reschedule, I decided to schedule an appointment to get back on them today. Like I said, she treated me horribly, Accused me of searching for pills, and was very passive aggressive, and each time I tried to explain to her my confusion for why she was treating me this way, was dismissive and kept getting out of her seat and walking to the door in attempts to dismiss me and get me out of there quickly. I tried multiple times to explain my situation AND have her explain why she was treating me so horribly to which she would just say we can disagree on her treatment plan and she can refer me somewhere else to “get my pills” like i was some disgusting drug addict! I have never cried so hard after an appointment! She is the worst doctor and I highly recommend avoiding Her at all costs!

She doesn't care about her people, she allowed my disabled senior sister to run out of her medicine, after lying about stating she would address it.

This is about the office the doctor but mainly about Tiffany front desk reception - she made an impression immediately and has maintained her smile and composure despite the fast pace of this office providing many avenues for pain intervention. She takes the time to show she cares - in fact the entire team is great but I want to offer this for Tiffany as it is usually is not done for them. She handled a problem with great care and professionalism and even offered to suggest a way to avoid this issue in the future - she will speak with admin about it. She called me today to follow-up which she did not have to do and helped me to understand about one aspect of the issue that occurred. My compliments on such a great staff person.

I can't thank Steve Leroux enough for helping with my spinal challenges and Fibromyalgia. His NMT treatments help incredibly with my pain levels. I can't recommend his treatments enough. And he's professional, kind, and really cares about people. Thank you again, Steve!

I just got off the telphone with the Mesa office, Misty for my husband, Donald Oswalt. All staff that answer the telephone are both kind and patient. Today I had to reschedule several appoints due to Dons surgery today. Misty went above and beyond to accomodate the request and reviewed all upcoming appoints before ending the call

Tamilee has been a stellar customer service supervisor. I am impressed with her considerate nature and professional role at this clinic. Not only has she taken the time to respond quickly to my questions, she is authentic and sincere. She has helped remind me of appointments, reschedule as needed and is organized and on top of the procedures and protocols at this location. I am grateful to have found a clinic who provides a high level of care so I can better manage my chronic pain. They do not treat patients like a number! You will recieve top notch care and procedures here. THANK YOU, TAMILEE & STAFF!

Dr. Harris at Prescott location is the best anesthesiologist ! She takes the time to listen and understand; and she explains things thoroughly, knowledgeably, and compassionately. I appreciate her help and care ! Israel also at Prescott works tirelessly and compassionately at many jobs there. He is personable and listens carefully. He is appreciated by me.

I was experiencing major neck pain. I had an appointment with Dr. Ray and can honestly say this has been one of the best most professional medical experiences I have ever had to go through over the past 60 years. His professionalism and detail examination to narrow in specifically on where the pain truly was coming from. I went through the recommended procedure he recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. No more pain, thanks to Dr. Ray he is awesome and I could not more highly recommend a physician to honestly make you feel like a young kid again. Thank you Dr. Ray and your entire team, you are truly "the-best-of-the-best!"

"Thank you Jennifer and Kimberly for helping me so much and getting me in fory treatments when my body needs them. Every part of my spine from the cervical to the coccyx has it's problems and needs injections and RFAs and you guys do your job for my body and keep me on a schedule. It's the only way I can stay moving. You help me stay one step in front of the other active in my kiddos baseball and softball lives. You both deserve a big pat on the back from your patients. Doctor Patel & Doctor Ray are both Very well trained. They are very Good at explaining and making Sure you are pain free. All of my Procedures have given great results. Everyone working here is very well Trained and very respectful to the Patient. The sedation part is easy And works very well. I did not feel A thing with sedation. After effects With sedation we’re none. Great Work everyone, I love this place! You guys are experts, Thanks!

Over the past year I've received care for multiple issues and I think FNP Deborah Korbitz is just an angel. She makes me feel cared for and heard and always asks appropriate questions. I am going to get advanced care at her recommendation, and will see her again in a few weeks. Anyone who has serious back or joint pain needs to see this staff. They all have personal experience with these issues and are a team that tries everything to help you get back to your active life.

I had a wonderful experience with all the clinic staff and providers. I have had had a chronic rt leg pain and was seen by multiple physicians over the past year and never got relief. After 2 treatments at Integrity, I have had 80% relief for the first time in over a year. I can not say enough about Jennifer Sutton MSN FNP-C in regard to her professionalism and medical knowledge. I applaud her and her staff with great enthusiasm.
