Information used to operate the website
Website hosting and security systems may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and timestamps. On the public production website, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and Liine provides call-attribution measurement. These services may use browser storage and process technical information such as page visits, device details, approximate location, referring pages, and campaign parameters. Session replay and advertising pixels are not enabled.
Analytics is enabled by default. A previously saved analytics refusal, a Global Privacy Control signal, or an enabled Do Not Track signal prevents this website from loading Google Tag Manager and Liine. Integrity does not intentionally send health details, form contents, appointment-planner selections, or patient identity through the website tracking loaders.
The appointment planner keeps entered values only in the current browser session. It does not transmit them, create a patient record, store them in this website, or place them in the URL.
02
Patient forms and outside services
New-patient and follow-up paperwork is provided through DashQuill. Information entered there is sent directly to that service under its own privacy and security controls, not collected by this website.
Liine's website loader supports marketing attribution and location-level call measurement. The loader alone does not forward appointment-form answers to Liine. Any later form webhook or EHR connection requires separate configuration and verification before activation.
Google Maps, directions, Google review sources, the patient billing service, and other linked services may receive technical information when you load or open them. Their own privacy terms apply.

Your choices
To prevent this website from loading analytics on future page loads, enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in a browser that supports it, then reload the page. You can also use browser settings to limit cookies or remove existing site data. Clearing site data removes any earlier saved analytics refusal. You can call the practice instead of using an external link.
Do not place private health information in a URL, an unconfirmed email, or a general website channel. Call the practice if you are unsure which secure route to use.

Privacy questions
Call your clinic with questions about this website or the appropriate channel for patient information. For questions about a third-party service, review that service's own notice as well.
