About Integrity

Care begins with understanding.

Integrity Pain & Wellness helps patients explore spine, joint, and nerve pain through a careful evaluation and a plan shaped around the working diagnosis.

A focused starting pointThe first question is not which procedure to choose. It is what may be driving the pain and what the safest next step should be.

01

Evaluation before treatment

Pain can come from more than one structure, and similar symptoms can have different causes. A visit starts with the history, the pattern of symptoms, a focused examination, and review of prior records or imaging when they are relevant.

That information helps the clinical team discuss conservative care, further testing, or an interventional option without assuming that every patient needs a procedure.

02

Interventional care in context

Interventional pain medicine uses targeted diagnostic and treatment approaches when they fit the diagnosis and the person’s health history. Some procedures use fluoroscopic X-ray or ultrasound guidance to help place a needle or device at a selected target.

The potential benefit, limitations, alternatives, and risks should be clear before a decision is made. A treatment guide can prepare you for that conversation, but it cannot determine candidacy online.

03

One team, distinct clinical roles

Integrity’s care team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse anesthetists, and therapy professionals. Each person’s public profile identifies their role so patients can understand who may contribute to evaluation, procedures, and ongoing support.
