About Ahmad Saab, MD, MPH, FAAFP
We are happy to announce the addition of Dr. Ahmad Saab to the Integrity team. Dr. Saab has extensive experience in clinical informatics, population health, and technology-enabled care delivery in addition to board-certification in family medicine. He brings a systems-level perspective to clinical medicine, with a focus on improving quality, consistency, and efficiency across multidisciplinary practices.
He earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut and completed his Family Medicine residency at Stony Brook University Hospital. Dr. Saab is a lifetime member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), reflecting his training in healthcare systems, outcomes analysis, and evidence-based care models.
Licensed in all 50 states, Dr. Saab has practiced in a wide range of clinical environments, including national and international settings and large-scale telemedicine platforms. His background allows him to evaluate clinical workflows, documentation standards, and care pathways through both a frontline clinical and population-health lens.
At Integrity Pain & Wellness, Dr. Saab provides clinical oversight and advisory support to our office-based providers, with an emphasis on:
* Clinical decision support and standardization
* Documentation quality and audit readiness
* Appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic escalation
* Alignment with evidence-based guidelines and payer expectations
He works closely with clinical leadership to ensure that advanced practice providers are supported with clear frameworks, consistent standards, and defensible clinical reasoning, while operating within defined scopes of practice.
In addition, Dr. Saab serves as a clinical informatics and AI advisor, helping Integrity Pain & Wellness leverage technology to reduce administrative burden, enhance documentation integrity, and support high-quality, scalable care delivery.
Dr. Saab is also the creator of My AI Doctor, an educational platform focused on practical applications of artificial intelligence, digital health tools, and clinical informatics for physicians and healthcare organizations.
