Dr. David Parker III is a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Medicine physician dedicated to helping patients find lasting relief from chronic pain through advanced, minimally invasive treatments. He specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the spine, joints, nerves, and musculoskeletal system with a comprehensive, evidence-based approach focused on improving function and quality of life.

Dr. Parker completed his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio after completing his Family Medicine residency at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa. He is board certified in Family Medicine and board eligible in Pain Medicine.

His expertise includes a wide range of image-guided interventional procedures, including spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, epidural steroid injections, basivertebral nerve ablation (Intracept®), MILD® lumbar decompression, sacroiliac joint fusion, vertebroplasty, and other innovative treatments designed to target pain at its source.

Dr. Parker believes every patient deserves a personalized treatment plan tailored to their individual goals and condition. His approach emphasizes conservative care whenever appropriate while utilizing the latest interventional techniques to reduce pain, restore mobility, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy most.
